Respond to this video... Another Question Doctor if you don't mind! Can someone who has had congestive heart failure able to do coffee enema's. He has been able to bump is heart fraction up from 25% 3 yrs ago to 76% (last time tested/1yr or so ago) and is taking D-Ribose/coQ10/liquid Vits/change diet etc etc. Just wondering how to help him with detox other than juicing/blending. Your thoughts would be appreciated if not to off topic! Thanks!

I thought you were saying that there was no difference in benefit!

I'm presently doing a series of coffee enema's now! I must be extremely toxic (7 yrs after coming off AD's) as I feel relief only to be symptomatic again shortly after. Gonna start 2 a day for a few days! Thanks again!

@12louys How often should you have an enema? Many health experts feel that if you go 24 hours without a movement, an enema assist is certainly indicated. Others I know of, have done an enema every morning for a week as part of a cleanse program. You should do some research and decide for yourself. Thanks for the inquiry.
