Also the pilot hold on to the handle when they pull G-s or they try to check the 6 , and as for the throttle he adjusts the throttle first and then he puts the hand on the handle!

This guy is the pilot , this is an F-18E which means is a single seat Jet Fighter ! You can also see that when the airplane is turning left or right , up or down , his right arm is moving also becuase he's controling the central stick!
