@leydeecute ragine is the one who can't differentiate belting from shouting.If she focused on her vocal placement and breath support instead of forcing loud sounds her voice would be a little less thin and her tone a little less ugly.

She would also gain better intonation without going flat while trying to sustain a note.

Celine with her nasality above E5 and lip-synching is still better than ragine with her paper-thin, screamy voice and karaoke singing. BTW note how the author of this video chose Celine's not best performance and still she was better than ragine

No one can beat the original... I'd rather chose Celine... Regine have the best voice ever but comparing her to Whitney or to Celine or to Mariah is not a healthy thinking... I'd rather go with the original singers who sung such song
