  • Hey thanxs man because of u I now fully under stand how to fix almost any car or home amps :)

  • @cubanman2009

Hey, I am glad you enjoyed the vid. I will post some more soon

  • I drove it to the point I could boil an egg on it.. Bad impedence ect... just to test.. normal for the ground to be shared... bridged is just the 2 positives.. ground gives you each channel.. which is why they didnt give the ground so it was forcing you to bridge it.. The amp is technically just a stereo amp... Only reason it blew perm is because the temp shutdown sensor was indeed bad...

  • It kinda funny how the left and right channel share the same negative. I never seen that. Maybe that is why it fried after you switch the other side that wasnt fried..

  • @delvinmacmillen18

I purposly drove it with 2 6x9 so the impedence was well off and below the specs to see what itwould do!

WRONG.. They are capacitors....I know because they have a band on them!

  • Those big white resistors are called emitter resistors usualy they are .1 ohm. Ohhh and usualy when a channel fails sometimes the driver transistors may fail also. But in your case your were lucky. Next time check your driver transistors whether it be a bi-polar output or MOSFET output and check the emitter resistors. Good work though.

  • cool,. im gonna open mine up and see what i can do

  • 30amp... Fried in the name of testing.. Ran it HARD on 2 6x9's for over an hour till it actually cooked. It took it, but I wasnt aware the sensor that detects thermal to shutdown was bad so it took a big shit and I wasnt wanting to fuk with it anymore
