If I were you, I wouldn't hold my breath on that refund. Do you really believe that is anything more than a ploy by one side to make themselves look like the "good guys" in this situation?
I'm taking a neutral stance myself, for the most part, but I'm not going to fall for any promises at this point -- no matter which side makes them.

Of all the students marching, NOBODY has sufficient information to hold a rational position.
In order for this strike to be resolved we will need to see emotions set aside and see some rational negotiations. Marching students and blaring car horns only serve to heighten emotions, disregard reason, and therefore exacerbate the situation.
