@andy3d1 Those lights are like me trying to show up old John Holmes. There's just no comparison.

I just placed an order for a 1200lm flashlight for 30$ from DX. Can't wait to see if it really is what they say.

Not 1000 lumens. Waste of $100 bucks. Get a 4sevens or Fenix.
-
ultrafire is cheaper (and fenix tk25-45)

My fav XML light is the Jetbeam bc40

STANDARD BULBS ARE A PAST SOUVENIRS.HAHAHAHAAHAAAAAAA

This light is junk, don't buy, my EDC 14500 is only 300 lumens and is brighter than that. Find a light with an XML in it on dealextreme, too bad this guy blew $100 on a junk light.

@movitmovit HIgh End ones, I.E. $150+ only push 750 lumens, MAYBE 800! 900 is stupid bright and getting to be completely unusable at night. They start drowning out colors to the point where you couldnt tell what you are looking at. The only use for them is either night time ops to spot planes (Hah!) Or to show off to your friends by illuminating tree tops a quarter of a mile away. I find 600-700 lumens is perfect for a flashlight. Heck, they even outshine car headlights at 700!
