  • @koolkevinc I'm sure most of his weight is already on the back heels. In a front squat, your butt doesn't protrude back as much because you're keeping your chest up and your back is more upright.

  • great what lifts should I do for takedown defense in wrestling or in mma?

  • Your excellent at what you do! Your very strong and lean so good job. But in opinion you should push your butt back more when you squat and try to keep all the weight on your heels. But nonetheless this is one of the best full body workouts ever, so again fantastic video!
