Real talk, PV was good this year. They sound good, but for some reason, they are not battle ready. You can see the faces on the crowd who got the W. Song selection and book is a major part of the 5th and PV is a force, but they have to get a better book before getting at TSU. PV is tryna play the power band role and that would've worked if TSU wasn't powerful also.

@angelagutierrez90 its still about showcasing and entertainment. and the only reason why people say one band is better than the other is because of the rivalry. neither band or its fans will admit to the other that they are better than one another but some of these folks do take it too far and can not give credit where credit is due. and another thing the people whho go to these 2 schools will always trash talk each other. when they do that it just brings the best out of both bands. usually

@angelagutierrez90 and its human nature that if you do something well and you see somebody ELSE do it well... your going to have a natural desire to be competitive... its just fun... because i talk ish about "The band across town" all the time but im still friends with those people... its all good fun and i dislike that people for the past year have been trying to ruin that fun for marching bands and trying to cut down on battling... for alot of people, like myself, band IS life
