12 Yr. Old ARRESTED For Not Wearing Helmet At Memphis TN Skate Park. Nanny State In Action.

Remember when society believed that parents should raise their children instead of the government? Remember when society had dignity and believed that people were grown ups, able to make their own life choices? Yeah me ether, not in my life time. Today's story comes out of Memphis TN, this is where 12 year old William Faulhaber lived and not to long ago William had his father drop him off at a new local government ran skat park. How wonderful for the government to force the masses to pay for this park with the threat of violence (how it does everything) and then treat the forced customers of the park like cattle that has no rights. This is what happened to poor William who forgot his helmet at the park that day and didn't feel like calling up his father to come drop it off to him. So how does our government deal with 12 year olds that don't follow posted rules (but not laws), the same way it does everything, with men in blue costumes that believes he has the right to bring force on to people. William is now facing charges of trespassing and will soon face a judge. Apparently our society believes in the government nanny state so much that they have no problem giving 12 year olds daring to disobey the authority of signs a criminal record. Hans, William's father has gone on record as being baffled that law enforcement had time to arrest 12 year old for thinking and acting for them selfs but didn't have time to do anything about the two times that Hans had a gun pulled on him or the time that Hans had his house broken into.

I had been away from home for a long time and that's why I had all that spare time to make new vids and I got back home to be with my family just before Christmas. I have a week long computer class starting this monday (trying to change jobs) and even after that week I will still most likely have to spend most of my time studying. I also have a youtube so message me about some questions umm ok so this is about me..No lie all this shouldn't have happened because there was no law about it yet there is now there is one also i wasn't there at the time he said the "anybody not wearing a helmet will be arrested" this is a lot of bull shit on the cops part because of the fact there was no law. With how corrupt the Gov. is i know he didnt care if someone got hurt this is all bull shit share it to everyone i want the world to know
