@ToughRam66 Bud...hate to tell ya this but the bar actually starts to bend at 400lbs
-
@LostFaceify oh well in my experience if it's at the gym, and its sitting on a rack or a bench it's 45 pounds. I might be wrong about this but occasionally the 35 pound bars are a clean shiny iron where as the 45 pound bars are a dirty iron.

@fir3share78 No im talking about the bar that hes talkin about
-
@LostFaceify If it says 35 on it that means it's 35 pounds and if it says 45 on it that means it's 45 pounds, and if they're aren't numbers it usually goes in order by size, largest tends to be 45 in most gyms, next 35, then 25, 10, 5, 2.5. I'm not sure if your gym has them but some gyms do exceed 45 pound plates but usually have the same size circumference occasionally thicker or made with a heavier metal..

@warnick1989 Im new to weightlifting, but how do you tell if its a 35 or 45. I dont want to accedently mix them up every week since my gym has one that looks excactly like this and 5 other brown ones.

@itsCFLhere420 your a dumbass, the bar wouldn't even be bending. The record at my school is a little over 500lbs. And the bar didn't bend.
35+25+10+5+5+2.5 & a 35 pound bar not an Olympic 45 is 200 pounds..you people are retarded. If you work out you can tell what these plates are and that the title is just to draw people in..my iq dropped just by reading your dumb ass comments
