  • no way should any woman do a snatch test when 9 months pregnant. It's one thing to keep in shape, another to strain yourself to test your ability.

  • @philagon Thank you for your concern but when you are used to train with 24 kilos plus kettlebells... a 12 kilo is nothing. I have been an athlete my entire life and pregnancy is not the time to stop my training. I am not sick. I need only to modify my training program ;) Thanks!

  • Is it safe to be using ure stomach muscles so much like when you have a baby inside?

  • CHILDBIRTH is a lot more straining than a snatch test. She looks like she's just breaking a good sweat. Nothing healthier!

  • This is awesome and inpiring, BUT I hope you were monitoring her heart rate because that is VERY important to not allow it to get over about 155 bpm.

  • Nine months pregnant, intense kettlebell workout and you did not even break a sweat! You are in fantastic shape. Your delivery must have been a breeze. You are an inspiration! Thanks for the video.

  • foetus: "Weeeeeeeeee! Let'sgo again!" baby's high on oxygen.

  • Good, I am happy for you guys, and I think its great that you have posted this.

So many women completely let themselves go when pregnant and eat all kinds of rubbish and don't exercise, thats no good for the baby or the mom.

  • O.o

    Now I'm scared
