Memories of 882 3YB from 1975. ( 3 announcers pictured here Duncan Potts, Steve Welsh & Graham Archer, actually came along after 1975) You probably had to work in radio, or had been a dedicated listener to 3YB back in 1975, to find this interesting, the first add is for Doug Drinnan Cars, Doug ran a used car yard in Warrnambool and worked as an announcer at 3YB too, the voices are Doug Drinnan, Graham Hall, Lois Chislett/Conlan, Rod Poynter. The Phillpot & Tucker show announcer is Graham Hall. (that's a classic) The Warrnambool Bowl Double Competition Promo & Wichita Fashions add is Doug Pigdon. Many Thanks to Rod Poynter for supplying me with this material to put together (pics & audio), Rod has got a reel to reel tape player up and going and the old magnetic tapes have lost no quality over 36 years.
