@h0rangi hey man, you dont need gymnastics, im quite similar flexbility as this guy and ive been experienced with the flexibility field for only 3 years but achieved alot 3 weeks - 2-3 months.. i can't do lotus type of stretches, but i have high leg flexbility.. only started stretching on my own and had a motivation to do it. as well

well it is basic i guess but hes quite advance in it... lol just another wayy too putt thiss

u got this from birth......some people never did any training to be this flexible but i see u have done muscle strenght training. still the flexibility is from birth

This just makes me wanna cry :( ...Been doing martial arts all my life and still I can't do the splits and have to limit the amount of head shots I throw because my hips are always aching... and look what this guy does.... I hate him lol....
