@blazer991able According to Wiki, the late British composer Neil Richardson wrote "The Riviera Affair" (a/k/a "Prestige Production"), which can be found on the LP "Impact and Action, Vol. II" (KPM label, 1970). In New York back in the day, WOR-TV opened their "4 O'Clock Movie" show with this piece (I grew up there and vaguely remember it). Hope that helps. And I agree, it IS an awesome piece of music, the likes of which we don't hear anymore.
