Boys and Girls this is why you do NOT stand behind an aircraft before it takes-off. This was taken at Maho Beach in St. Maarteen. Continental Airline 737-700 on take-off. You will see some people roll like tumble weeds into the ocean.

  • where exactly is st marteen?

  • It is in the Caribbean. It is an island split between the Dutch and French. St. Maarten is Dutch and St. Martin is French.

  • Airport near a beach.. Not the best idea in the world..

  • @020808 that seemed you have to use a lot of trigonometry knowing your angle of elevation when taking off with those mountain peaks and altitudes.

  • @020808 beautiful footage, how was your trip to hong kong and tokyo recently.

  • @n310ea The rudder is to help the aircraft turn, The winglets believe it or not are there to help stabilize the aircraft and balance airflow over the wing. They actually help save fuel over the long run of the flight as well because of the extra stability.

  • Do 737 winglets have rudders to help the aircraft turn?

  • That's definitely a Boeing 737

    Awesome :)

  • Iloveeethiss videoo ! =D

  • @P40BH its a 737 dude
