Tracy M. Grayson is an experienced, skilled, and aggressive trial attorney who has been practicing law for fifteen years. He is well-respected in the legal community and has an excellent rapport with his peers, including other attorneys, prosecutors, and judges throughout southern California. Mr. Grayson defends people against criminal charges in both state and federal courts, including charges involving fraud, theft, murder, drugs, DUI, domestic violence, Three Strike cases, and many others. When he is not representing clients, Mr. Grayson can be found working as an active participant in his community. He works with underprivileged children at a local high school through the Hueman Foundation, where he is a board member. Through the foundation, he conducts workshops where he teaches young adults about their basic rights under the United States Constitution (e.g., the Fifth Amendment right to remain silent). Also through the foundation, he helps sponsor a college tour of East Coast universities so that young athletes and others will have something to fall back on if their expected career in professional athletics does not work out as they had hoped. In keeping with his work as an attorney helping clients fight civil rights violations, Mr. Grayson has been active in the October 22nd Coalition Against Police Brutality and other civil rights organizations.




He was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in the nearby cities of Compton and Carson. He attended football powerhouse Banning High of Wilmington before moving on to UCLA, where he majored in History and Economics. After college, he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to attend the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a law degree.




In his spare time, Mr. Grayson enjoys tennis, snowboarding, basketball, music, comedy, writing/blogging, reading, history, travel, ethnic food, and learning to speak Spanish.
