Cardio is the most effective way to burn fat off and reveal those muscles underneath, any amount of exercise will work as long as you're eating clean and staying active. Pilates really helps to build those muscle fibers!. Be patient. Rome was not built in a day! hope this answered your question! :)

I know this may sound a bit vindictive, but I'm glad she mentions in her videos that she's hurting too. Kinda makes me feel better and relate to her more knowing that even when you're skinny, it's not all fun and games. It's easy to think that once you're skinny, you're free to frolic in the fajitas. Not so! Cassey is skinny and she still has to keep up the hard work even though it hurts. Her videos add a realistic quality to them. Thanks Cassey!

Why the frowny face? Muscles are something to be proud of! It means that you have strong legs! If you really really don't want muscular calves, then just stop working them. I'm not a fitness expert, but it doesn't sound like a great idea to me.
