gop Clown joe barton is clueless when it comes to reality, but his colleagues, including religious Kook and Nitwit michele bachmann, nearly make him look, well, as dumb as them. Thanks to imbeciles like michele bachmann and joe barton, we now have to pay tax money for Idiots like barton and his inept colleagues to propose legislation that disregards the fact that new energy efficient light bulbs last far longer help save the environment.

  • Don't forget LED's too! I birddog for a company that now uses computer chips to allocate so little energy that they use 90% less electricity. Add existing rebates to a 10 year guarantee from the company, a 23 year life expectancy and a few investment firms that will help finance the purchase, and you get a whole lotta capitalism. One of these babies at 28 Watts replaces a 280 Watt mercury vapor light....oops did I say mercury? Jumpin' Jupiter, Mildred!

LOL! Fantastic comment, right on the nose! Thank you for watching and posting as well!

  • I've been using the same "pigtails" in my home since 1990!!! They still work too, and my monthly utility bill runs less than 100 bucks a month. Full disclosure: I live in a 980 sq ft three story townhome, but my lighting is fine. Don't forget that a CFL is just a compact version of a Flourescent Light....which we've been using since shortly after the World's Fair in Chicago. "Bahhh...A fax machine is just a waffle iron with a phone chord attatched to it"....Grandpa Simpson.

LOL! Excellent comment, and we concur entirely. We use the "pigtail" bulbs in our homes and offices, and they work fantastic, as well as lasting far longer and costing far less to use. Thanks for watching and for the insightful comment! Have a great week too!

Great comment, true as well. Thanks for watching and your kind words too! Be Well!

  • Isn't it funny how the GOP is all or a sudden attacking the CFL bulbs for containing mercury and not attacking but actually supporting the increasing use of Coal production which produces tons of mercury. Now they like to claim coal is clean which isn't true and even if it is cleaner than in the past it still contains tons more mercury than CFL bulbs. You are right that the GOP is not "Pro-Life" but "PRO-PROFIT'.

  • @RadarKat73080 that s better:))

  • @udical Joke man. My dad's not even dead! I can hear him on the phone in the next room right now.

  • @kamphwagon1

They are NOT dangerous, as you know. The gop Kooks will do anything to stop energy efficiency from spreading for two simple reasons. 1. With energy efficiency, the Corporations providing the energy will sell less, making less profit. 2. With the energy concerns making less profits, the gop will receive less funding, kick-backs etc. The gop is NOT "pro-life," they are Pro-Profit. It's sickening! Thanks KW!

    LOL!
