Rita Hayworth and Fred Astaire were a fantastic dancing team. They had wonderful chemistry in front of the camera and were very fond of each other in real life, too.
The clips of this video are from their charming musicals "You'll Never Get Rich" (1941) and "You Were Never Lovelier" (1942). The music is of course Glenn Miller's "In the Mood" which is one of the classiest tunes of the glorious swing era.

I had not seen these clips before... really enjoyed them I am a huge Fred Astaire fan and I lvoe to see how he adapts to every partner. He was a real gentleman - he always made his partners look great. I think he arranged the choreography to highlight the strengths of each partner.
