So governors, hosts, delegates. If you would please come up and sign the declaration. and making their way to the stage right now are leaders of the United States, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Australia, United Kingdom, Nigeria and Mexico. Many other global leaders who were unable to make it to the ceremony today have also signed. This declaration addresses the transportation sector and the associated clean cars and clean fuel options that are necessary to reduce our global emissions. It addresses land use and the role it plays in reducing our vehicle miles traveled. It shows our collective support for national climate change legislation to spur a global climate policy. And it calls for collaborative efforts to adapt to climate change. And we will carry this message to Copenhagen area and it also acknowledges the importance of the world's forests and lastly it recognizes the vital role that but sub national governments play the fight against climate change. here before me stands .. climate change leaders from around the world. Now in honor of our Gov. of California, I would say lights, camera, action. Please sign (applause)."

The IPCC agrees mans contribution is 4% of total CO2, that equals ONLY ONE PART IN 65600, If a given volume of AIR was worth £26.24, then mans part IS ONLY £0.0004, i.e. one twenty-fifth of a penny, does this insignificant amount require SIX TRILLION DOLLARS SPENT ON IT? now you can see I'TS a SCAM.
