Yes, Girls Play D&D

I recently had a final project I needed to do for a class, and I decided to use that project as an excuse to make this little mini-documentary about my female friend with whom I play D&D. I decided to make this video, in many ways, to counter preconceived notions about the people who play Dungeons and Dragons, and also as a way to just document how much fun our group has together.

I apologize for the poor audio quality.

Nice video :) Both of the parties I've played in have been extremely female heavy. My last one was composed of ten members, eight of which were girls. Now I DM for my new group which including me has five girls and two boys. So yes, we women do play this amazing game ♥

I've played so many games that were both male-heavy and female-heavy over the years, and I do have to say that I prefer running games that are a mix or mainly girl-based. They play out their characters more and it's fun to listen to them argue and role-play on their own while you plan ahead as a DM and then jump in to play along when things get fun. I run a very player driven world. Girls unintentionally give you clues on where to move the game, cuz they are into the story more than the dice.
