This woman has an IQ of 72........on the cusp of mental retardation. Her butt probably should have been locked up, for life. But when we start killing people, where does it end? Taking people's lives oughta be left to a higher power. There are just too many problems with the death penalty, in a lot of ways. It's a flawed sytem - and, inhumane (regardless of the crime). She killed people, so we kill her. I dunno - it's just not a business in which the government should be involved.

killing is only moraly acceptable for

a) self defence in the heat of the moment when no other options present themselves of in defence of the life of another.

b) for sustenacne (prefably not sentient begings.. but at least a canibal as a sounder moral footing then an executioner can ever hope to have)

c) when someone is either in cripling incurable cronic pain beond the help of medical sciense and request it )

when the state does not value the sanctity of life why should its citicens?

@princessrani08 Teresa Lewis has become the first woman in America to be executed in the last 5 years. Apparently she could have been spared execution if she had an IQ level below 70. Hers was 72.

You have to question the intelligence of someone who passes an IQ test knowing full well that if they do they'll be executed.
