It's reportedly been 20 years since a U.S. Secretary of State traveled to Yemen, so all eyes were definitely on Hillary Clinton as she met with Yemeni President Ali Abdallah Saleh on Tuesday to discuss security issues.

Unfortunately for Clinton, the trip will likely be memorable for another reason -- she took a very public tumble as she boarded her departing plane.

Shortly after turning to More..wave at the top of the steps, she tripped and fell to the floor as news cameras continued to roll. A flight attendant quickly turned the lights off as Clinton, who was unhurt, was helped to her feet.
