It's got to be from the UK. Don't recognise the church though. Probably from one of the Songs of Praise broadcasts, there are several others on YouTube. It is not one choir, but drawn from a mixture of schools for the event.

They are school children from Cheshire and the Wirral and sing in the Chester Cathedral.
