I have been trying to get ahold of them for a replacement part that broke, and Ive called several times, and send multiple messages, and unless i get this simple part the chair is usless, is there anyone over there you know or someone you can talk to to please help me?? thanks!

@redneck500 I'm not in contact with the company. If you have tried the phone and email I would try their facebook and twitter accounts too. They both look active.

@ottawafella Yes it is! You can find it at the maxxdaddy website. For some reason the reply won't let me enter the url. It's the same title as the chair plus com.

No I didn't. :( I couldn't afford to! LOL. It is an awesome chair. I highly recommend it.
