From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this introductory discourse delivered at the 2nd Inner Awakening program in Bidadi on June 18, 2009, Swamiji talks about being intense and physically available. He teaches us that it is much easier to give enlightenment to those who are body based than those who are mind based. Swamiji delivered yet another breakthrough message during this session - he says that working directly with the muscle memory and not with the mind is the easier way to liberation or Jivan Mukthi.
The next Inner Awakening program will take place in Bidadi, Benguluru from December 2-23, 2009. Please register at www.dhyanapeetam.org

  • Very good and beneficial indeed! Exactly what we need!

  • I believe he is asking us not to respond to him in our mind, with toughts, but in our bod, energetically and practical. To be simple, and not "advanced".

  • A real enlightened master is above all materialistic desires, including fame, money, and jewelry.

  • wow, this is so wonderful. thank you, swamiji. i love it.
