If you notice at :30 she's talking to someone she knows in the crowd saying "this is my song"...and when the first words come on "everybody makes mistakes" at :38 she points at that friend and says it. She cant hold her laugh in and it looks like her and her friend have done that part over and over again as an inside joke....
