Sallie Mae Head Games and Refusal to Cooperate

After numerous pleas for Sallie Mae to send me what I needed to file for forbearance (between October 2008 until March 2009) Sallie Mae employees kept IGNORING my requests, refused to tell me what to do and avoiding discussion after I TRIED to politely cooperate with them in October 2008 (they drew out 2.5x the agreed amount on my bank account over the telephone) - this lead to months of personal hardship- but finally, after enough fuss over their refusal to provide forbearance information I was sent several letters saying how to apply by "logging in" to salliemae account -- okay... I went on the site, couldn't get in because their pdf was locking up my browser. I was forced to call them, they tell me (their lack of comprehension) that I was "locked out" of my account. That was news to me!! Back at wanting to do things over the phone again? so I'm given another heavy screwing to my bank account... and still no forbearance application!!! This has been going on since 2008. All Sallie Mae knows how to do is refuse to cooperate with people. They said in their email they'd send a "hardship form" but all I got from them was another piece of paper saying to call them... NOT A FORM as they claimed in their email. Sallie Mae has stalled for several months now (since October 2008) for providing my right to apply for forbearance. Either refusing to discuss, or simply more run around and head games.
