Floating Drum Anaerobic Digester

This is an anaerobic floating drum digester. I built it using a 55 gallon drum and a 30 gallon drum and a few pipe fittings. I used a ball valve, and some connecting pieces. This is a very simple design, and there can be multiple digesters running in parallel. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me.

why not put plastic bag over it..

two why not cut the top off so that the 30 gallon squeezed through.

how about an oil seal on top to stop the o2 from getting in?

@1foxtrot70 i built my small scale biogas digester, its my first project about biogas,  blue flame coming out from it....sorry sir i don't know how it was scrubbed from the methane produce....

@vox1philippines - I have viewed this video before and have also read up on the process as described in Mother Earth's book "The Handook of Home Made Power" and my question is how is CO2 scrubbed from the methane produced?
