If you wanna do a photo-op of this magnatude, I think would have made sense to alert the news media before hand and make sure that New Yorkers know what is going on.....After 9/11, seeing a 747 circling and making hard banks being accompanied buy an F-16 probably was very frightening...Anyone who cant understand why New Yorkers were shook up is a moron.
