if im not mistaken, isn't there a cold start system that makes the car idle high for a few mins? my fc idles high as well, but when the engines' warmed up it'll drop to 750

the idle seems solid, so i don't think you are looking at a vacuum leak. good response from the throttle too. i'd say just adjust the idle down a little. from the right (passenger, in the US) side of the car. look under the rear of the intercooler. you will see the other side of the butterfly in the TB. there is a small/tiny flathead screw with an 8mm (if memory serves me right) lock nut. loosen the lock nut, and back the screw out a little.
be aware, you only want your idle 750 - 1k rpm.
