5 Point Throws

Wrestling throws gaining the maximum points.

To those of you discussing whether the throws shown are either 3 or 5 points, I can tell you they are all 5 point scores because the footage comes from a referees' training tape from the International Federation (FILA). But as the footage shows, even working referees can get it wrong from time to time.

And people always gave me shit because I never shot. They would always say, "you have such a nice shot, why don't you use it?"

I would always reply, "Because I want to throw my opponent. It's more fun and challenging. I wrestle to have fun. Besides, throws are more entertaining."

@itinkgirlzhot12 I was lucky enough to have a coach that knew how to throw in pretty much any neutral position. He was an Olympic Alternate back in the 80's and loved that I wanted to throw people. So he encouraged me and cultivated my talent. But once he left there wasn't a coach around to further my abilities. So my senior year was just hell. The coaches didn't know what I knew about throws, so there was nothing to teach me. They were worthless to me. It sucked. Keep throwing!

@chade1983 hahaha my coach always tells me the same thing he would get so pissed when i didn't shoot i would always say " its cuz i rather slam the shit outa him, its more fun" then he would say " you're a dumbass ill see u at practice" i still won most my matches tho
