aus is the best sporting nation we have won 9 rugby league world cups,2 rugby world cups (along with south africa), we'v won the ashes 31 times, 4 cricket world cups, our fifa ranking is 14,12 commenwealth games, don bradman is the best athlet ever no other athlete dominates an international sport to the extent that Bradman did, we ranked 9 in all time olympics table not bad for a nation that started as a prison

not unites us!, finally, in my opinion the greatest australian sporting moments are,

1. Cathy Freemans 400 in sydney.

2. Whole 2006 world cup regime (penalties vs uruguay and japan game and even italy game, we fought hard like the tough country we are, and played in the spirit of australian sport, not er herm, italian.

3. shane warnes hattrick and steve waughs 29th century tied.

4. (this could be higher for some people or lower, or not ranking, then again i guess all could) 4x100 mens in 2000

now with the which sporting moments stuff, well, my sports in preference go

1. cricket, 2. AFL, 3. football(soccer) 4. Rugby Union 5. NRL, now, im still not making bias comments, but the reason theres no afl/nrl in there is because its not an international thing, and there have been some great games of international league, but nothing that gets put in a short video like this, im sorry, its true, afl, does, have some unbelievable games (essendon vs north melbourne) but thats what divides aus!

Lets set this straight, i think, i of all people can see fairly all these debates, you know why? i AM australian, spent one year more than half my life living in queensland, and 1 year less then half in melbourne, now, which our of afl/nrl/rugby union you prefer most is ur opinion, they are different sports, neither is better, but its undisputed that afl has more viewers, also its my preference, but not taking anything away from nrl or rugby union, just what i enjoy watching/playing. now other.
