Actually, Osaka is Japan's equivalent to America's Southern states. Osaka's accent here makes a good deal of sense.

I love this dubs, and most of the voices I really enjoy. Although there are many people who complain about Osaka, I like it. Sometimes I do think they could of done better, but I think they did the best they could. Infact I think the accent she was given in the dub is cute :3

@AnarchistGoth I replied to this a year ago, but with time I've grown up and can give a more sensible opinion.

Can a english dub be good? Certainly. Can an english dub be better than the original? Yes. Much like all things in life, these are opinions, things which change for everyone else. And so what do I think of this dub?

I don't like it as much. Not for any "Japanese is original, thus its better" reason. Simply because I like it better. It's not cause "i'm a fanboy". I just like it better.

Seriously, people. Stop being stupid. Osaka has a Southern accent because, in the Japanese version, she has a Kansai accent, which is equivalent to a Southern accent (sounds more crude, associated with arrogance and stupidity, etc.). Complaining about her having an accent in the English version means that you're just a blind, culturally-ignorant fantard. The only reason the sub is better in any way is because many of the jokes don't work in English. That's it.

I'll just ask someone else why they think the English voices other than Osaka sound bad.
