You gotta be' kidding me. Chassis code, model code, same ducking thing. With the 911, the number "911" is the NAME. 964, 993, 996,997, those are the chassis/model code.
Go do a google search on CBA-R35 and see what'll show. You'll be surprised...

@NegerKim chassis and model codes are not the same. Example would be a 911 turbo. Model is 911 turbo but chassis would be 996, 997, ect. I guess I wasn't thinking in chassis code.

You're thinking of the Skyline 350GT which yes, is the G35 with a V8 4.5L TT. It's just Nissan GTR. If you ring up a VIN # of the car, it specifically states "2009 Nissan GTR". Feel free to visit a Nissan Dealership and try it. I'm not being anal and if it seems like it, sorry. The only place that refers it as a Skyline is USA because that's what we love! Japan hasn't sold many because Skyline GTR fans hate it. I go every year to TAS and they still prefer the R34 as a tuning platform
