  • In my opinion, a very good argument that Buddhism is not a religion, is the fact that Buddhism can combined with other religions very well. As we see e.g. in Nepal or Ladakh or Tibet, where we see that Buddhism is combined shamanistic beliefs or Hinduism (see all the gods in these cultures). They don't mutually exclude each other since they are different concepts about different aspects of life.

    Neither does Buddhism conflict with science as do a lot of religions...
