@SuperManDan08 I think everyone here knows what frying is Mr. "Super Man". It's called oven fried chicken because the breading simulates fried chicken but without cooking it in oil (less fattening). Kraft makes a box of coating called "Oven Fry". You're right that 425 is too high @ 45 min. This will be very dry. However, I don't think we need "a culinary degreee in the #3 best school" to know how to bake chicken. And that isn't a braising pan, It's a broiling pan. I knew that when I was 7.
