TRON: UPRISING will begin airing on the Disney XD channel (http://disney.go.com/disneyxd/#/disneyxd/) during the Summer of 2012 - showcasing an impressive voice cast, including: Elijah Wood, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Mandy Moore, Paul Reubens, Nate Corddry, Lance Henriksen, and Bruce Boxleitner - who will reprise his role as TRON! There's also a 10-part micro animated series in the works that will premiere in the Fall.

So ready for this series. It's like Tron 1.5... Maybe it could be revealed if Tron survives the dive into the ocean, if Flynn's still alive in Sam's drive, and what Quorra can bring to the real world. Let's go into the Grid this summer! Yay!

Even if this is going to be entertaining, it's too bad that it's non-canon. TRON Evolution is the canon for the movies. There is no way that Tron could have trained a program, and if everyone knew Clu was evil, then Tron would be Rinzler by this time and Flynn would be in hiding with Quorra.
