  • i like the part were he kicks the bag

  • @Pathryk666 interesting idea......except have you ever seen a single person ever in the history of combat sports throw 30 kicks in a row during a competition? Probably not.....it's a drill.... I am not too worried about someone running out from behind the bag and throwing a sweet ashi barai at me... whatever that is

  • that bag aint movin it's like kicking a bouncer.. imagine him kicking a bouncer like that 20 times and he doesnt even move lol.

  • i can catch his foot and punch his nuts then mortal kombat uppercut him

  • @ratty303 lol ashi barai is a sweep.

  • pivoting on the ballot your foot is standard technique in Muay Thai, so is dropping the arm. Not in a position to talk about the physics of it all, but i train and it helps with speed/power, and because you turn your hips over, if you keep your foot planted you can tweak your knee if you don't pivot this way. Anyone who's trained Muay Thai will tell you the same, so you can argue the entire fighting system, but long and short of it is the guy does a good job demonstrating his kicks. Well done.

  • Its not fast

  • @muaythai4ko lets see the video of you doing 40 in 20 seconds

  • @ratty303 come to our gym sometimes...

  • @muaythai4ko I am sub standard.....I am finding out from a lot of expert youtube/muay thai masters that I suck.

  • @mrsimonlane88 i'm sorry but pivot on toes is a ood technic, I don't know why it's not

  • @xJuniorLuytenx - traditional kick boxing or thai? Im fairly new to the sport but ive had a few trainers trying to get me to pivot more then i do....im finding it odd cause its doesnt help to much with trying to stay grounded, especially if you can get the same impact and speed without the pivot...
