please please show us how to play your songs.. that would MAKE my life. lol also.. i know u did somae.. but im trying to do this on my own. i started counting calories and trying to choose healthier things and its working for me but i was wondering what do you do when you say go out to an unhealthy restaurant with friends or family. & feel like you are being totally tested with the holidays and all the "naughty foods" that actually make you feel gross from eating? or do you just flat out say NO
