5.4L triton is a real work horse my 1997 e250 has 180,000+miles so far still runs great

That sounds like shit, my girlfriends pontiac running on 3 cylinders sounds better. btw have fun rebuilding your engine after you blow it up trying to sound cool when if fact your just a douche bag with a saws all.

doesnt sound too bad. a video in the cab its hard to tell exactly how it sounds. cstmx156 is rite those 5.4s were mesigned to handle bein wound up like that

I did the exhaust myself, its 3" straights form the manifolds back. I got some other vid's on Facebook. I'll see if i can put em up on here
