Why would Africans NEED foreign AID, when Africans are selling their own natural resources (Gold, Diamond, Uranium, Coffee, Oil,,etc) & turn around to buy ARMS (Guns, tanks, aircrafts, military uniforms, boots,,, etc) to kill each other & ask for "FOREIGN AID"?
DO YOU SEE THE STUPIDITY OF SELLING YOUR RESOURCES TO BUY GUNS & ASK FOR FOREIGN AID?

One may agree or disagree with the US foreign policy, but watching young American boys & girls in US ARMY & NAVY sharing their lives, times & resources to build a school for African children that the African governments NEVER cared to build, is just a very heart warming grace.
Thanks to this young American Boys & Girls in the US Army & Navy, this school will help educate many African Children, whose own government failed them.
God/Allah bless every American soldier who helped build this school.

Who said the resources were actually gorged by the USA? It was done by the ruling entities of old that now control the financial systems we attribute to the US.
For eg. 400 years of slavery (which current empires are built upon)was not neccessarily the work of the US we know now. But the windfalls of that "business" are dominated mainly by the hegemony the US now espouses.
