Terry Pratchett is one of the 750,000 people in the UK who have a form of dementia. Here the best selling author talks about his hopes and fears for the future.

There are more than 750,000 people in the UK affected by dementia with numbers set to rise to 1 million by 2021. More than half of these have Alzheimer's disease.

  • @ZacksEnder Actually it's Sir Terry/Terence or Sir Terry/Terence Pratchett, never Sir Pratchett, Sir is never used with the surname alone.
