My first interview with my daughter on Genting Highlands...

Sort of brings me a different kind of feeling since I've seen Genting grow from a small mountain resort into its giant state now. I was there when I was very young, now I'm there with my daughter.

This must have been my 50th trip or more up to Genting. I've lost count already. But my first trip up was in 1988, when I was only 8 years old!

At that time, there's only Genting hotel, Highland (now theme park) hotel and Pelangi (now part of Theme Park hotel)... The theme park itself was an open concept and there were many pavilions around back then. There were also many many open areas, less restrictions and of course, more dangerous since the road up was much tighter back then...

Oh yeah one more thing, I call my daughter "chu chu" ... it's sort of like our connection between us... only I can call her chu chu!!
