I agree with you both, that there isn't any indication as of yet, but after Zach has minimalised him down to nothing, Ryhole moved on to Kendumb and her mother quickly after the death, I would say, that he may be avenging Greenlee's honor in getting them back. If that makes any sense... in other words, perhaps he is thinking that Greens died in vain and is angry because they were happy before Ryhole started screwing with her feelings and thereby destroyed the relationship that was unique for Aid
