70 years old great Nagara Master Shri Ramakishanji died on Sunday, April 20, 2008 in USA while performing on stage. He and eminent Tabla player Ustad Jakir Hussain were performing duet concert at that time. Shri Ramakishanji was one of the best Nagara player in Rajasthan and belongs to Nagarchi family from Pushkar, Ajmer. Mostly he accompanied Nagara playing in traditional folkdrama performances of Kuchamani Khyal with late Shri Ugamraj Khiladi group. In this vedio clip he accompanied Nagara with Satara instrument in Lokotsava Mela, organised by RSNA in Jodhpur on February 19, 2008.
