  • It's only applying bunches of presets...

  • @PhilEmileArt

Well, yes and no. I prepared everything in advance, which is why it is so fast. Applying the materials, terrains, etc. is fast. Setting took more time.

  • @PhilEmileArt

Well, yes and no. Actually, most of the elements I am using there are made by me or at least tweaked presets. Setting them took more time than doing the scene itself.

  • wich vue 7 is this (infinite etc.)

  • @22561morty

    It is Vue 7 Infinite.

  • WHAO... so easy!

  • It is easy because everything was prepared in advance.

  • I wouldn't mind having that ecosystem material...

Or any/all of the others that were in that personal list... :D

  • @offrench Thanks Phil now i know what kind of images to load into the terrain editor - the Black & white maps - you just opend up a huge set of possibilities for me - thanks loads - I thought those imageswere just for use as brushes - - definatly gonna make some greyscale stuff in photoshop & see how it comes out...

  • Can u import this into maya?

  • Well i want to make movies with a program like this, but im very amatuer at computer graphics. I wanted to make like a shootout or a car chase or something action packed, But i dont know where to look. I dont think Vue7 is right for me....

  • @PhilEmileArt Although a year late, for those who read these comments, vue is a production tool to simplify things that 3d artists simply won't have time to do one element at at time. It is to speed up your work and nothing more. The average hobbyist would find Vue to be overkill for what they would need.

  • Great job!

  • hi there, can anyone please help me? where can i find a complete tutorial on how to make realistic shadows. i tried using the different render settings such as broadcast, superior etc. but i get a shadow that is not soft edged (i mean it should get blurry as it gets farther from the object) i also tried editing the shadow effect on sunlight reducing it to 80% but it only made it a little transparent (the shadow is like a cut out shape)

  • plz tell me how to integrate this work with 3ds max 2011

  • Can You Give a Link For "The-Hole-Rivers" Please ?

  • This software looks nice.. is it hard to learn it? I can operate 3D Max pretty well, how would you compare those two?
