Sorry I didn't see your comment here until now. Yes, I was surprised to discover that the thing I'd always been told was a "Grandpa Spider" was actually not a spider at all. Harvestmen have only one body segment, have no fangs, and do not produce silk. They eat dead insects (and dry cat food!), and are perfectly harmless. They smell really bad if you get them angry though, or if you squish them.

It is something called a Harvestman, which is sometimes mistaken for the Daddy Long-legs spider. Harvestmen don't have fangs, don't produce silk, and only have one body segment, so they are not spiders. They typically just eat scraps and dead insects.

Indeed. Ha, the libtards say you're just suppose to do whatever the intruder says to do. If he wants to rape you, let him, if he wants your money, give it to him. You're never suppose to fight back, because it will make it worse, especially if you fight back with a gun.

speaking of the subject, i'm glad to see more home owners arming them self. I know of at least three incidents (in my area)in the last two months, where home owners with a family have shot and killed armed robbers breaking into their homes.

better then having your wife and kids getting killed and not being able to do a damn thing about it.
