@BLHPI No. You're wrong AND a complete hypocrite. Maybe YOU should have researched this incident before commenting. He did NOT do as he was trained. He was rightfully fired for violating multiple department procedures. SHE was awarded 400K for his irrational overreaction to a minor speeding infraction. This story is well documented by several credible news sources. PLUS, this EX-cop and the woman he assaulted were on Dateline NBC. He admitted he "lost it and overreacted" and apologized to her.

People wanting to serve (serve being the operative phrase) need to be psychologically screened far more effectively that what is currently done. I am the first to defend honest cops who do their jobs, but I am also the first to go after people who use the trust and authority of their badge to feel important or play out their racial or other problems against defenseless citizens.
