Obama Tribute (Precious Lord, Take My Hand...)

I recently, upon posting this video, heard this song and I first thought about myself and just sat to reflect for a minute. The next person that faded into my mind was President-Elect Barack Obama. I really felt the need to make this video for some reason and I didn't question it. So I recorded myself singing this in the dark, and then putting a few pictures together to give vision to the song. I hope this touches many hearts across the nation. President-Elect Barack Obama needs our help and prayers to lead him into helping this nation. It's as if God gave you view of what President Obama would go through once in office because your song is perfect.The first President to have a open christian inaugration with the theme of unity and love, yet he is hated it seems just like Jesus was by His countrymen. I too pray for this President the first President who has tried to represent all of America not just some as usual, God has His hands on Him and His family & they are covered by the Blood of Jesus; In Jesus Name.

You have an outstanding voice! I am not going to give my personal opinion about Obama here. However, remember what the bible says about the TRUE followers of Jesus Christ. 'By their fruits ye shall know them...' Let us continue to trust in God and ask him to guide America as a nation!

This is a free country so you can assume anything you like. Considering who I am as an American Barack Obama was definitely the better choice for president whether you are Republican, Democrat, whatever. I get dizzy thinking about what could have been the alternative. And yes, I am very happy to see a black man as president but I'm more happy seeing a man who stands for all the people, not just the conservative so-called Christian right. Yes, we made the right choice!

ok, well I guess that would make perfect sense if you did not take anytime to FIRST examine the issue BEFORE responding. So, you are free to believe about it as you will, but (as anyone who is beginning to carefully take the time to look up his actions & statements first will know) there are several areas & issues of deep concern some 2 years now into his admin."Doing a pretty decent job" is your value judgment and nothing else you've stated disproves my statement that he assumes the black vote.

@shieldsff - I don't see the president snubbing blacks or homosexuals. He was elected to be the president of all people and considering all the resistance he has received from those concerned members of the GOP I'd say he's doing a pretty damn decent job with the amount of legislation he has passed. I can assure you he will recieve my vote come 2012! The country will again wake up from it's nap!
